If you want to loose "healthy weight" that will not be regained easily then that would be impossible. If you want to simply loose weight then stop eating, although this will basically halt your metabolism and when you being to eat again you will gain twice as much weight. Not recommended

the first thing that you need to do is cut your meals in half. And then try to go to the gym at least 3 times in a week if you can. Also try doing some of your own work out exercises like sit ups push ups things like that might help.
