Sit ups will do nothing. Scientifically impossible to spot reduce.. meaning you cant do situps and just lose fat in that area. not to mention situps doesnt even work your penis area you idiot haha.... the flab is fat... to lose fat you must diet, cardio, and do strength training. its fat that is lost the same way fat is lost anywhere on your body. and what sucks about it is the places like you are speaking are usually the last places to start losing fat so be prepared to stick at it for the long haul. if you cant lost fat over your abs what would make you think it would be any easier 6inches down? haha
stick with fat free food, better if steamed or roasted, and most important... start running or fast walking everyday for a few months while having a very low fat diet, do cycling every day... and try getting yourself into soccer.... coz as long as your legs are moving fast and abruptly, then in a matter of months youll be good to go! :) hope this helped!
