Well you would have to at least work out for at least 30mins everyday well you know just try to remember to work out.
it technically depends on what things you eat less off if it is fats then it is more likely but if you eat less of vegetables proteins etc. it is more likely you wont lose weight because those are the things you need to live on
no because there is less gravity on the moon so you become lighter but when you come back to earth you will still be the same weight
well, try to lose weight normally and train your muscles because muscles add weight
no
You lose weight in a month the same as you would for any amount of time, by lowering the amount of calories you consume.
weight training
I'm about the same, actually. And really I don't think I need to lose weight... So, in my opinion, no. =]
To lose 10kg a month is the same as trying to lose 22lbs in a month. That is a lot of weight to lose. The best way to lose weight is to restrict your fat grams and calories intake as well as exercise. Consult your doctor for a weight loss plan that is safe for you.
I would say no. But it's a fish. Fish are very healthy and lean. So maybe you won't lose weight, but you're weight will stay the same.
Because your diet and exercise will vary, if you want to lose weight steadily then you will have to eat the same amounts of food, the same type of food in the same time and the same speed, excrete the same amounts of substances, breathe the same amount and exercise the same amount every day which is stupid. Also your body will lose what it doesnt need and so will lose different anounts each time.
There is no way to spot reduce. When you lose weight, the weight comes from your entire body at the same time. Taking in fewer calories than you burn in energy is the only way to do this.
not really, your weight will remain the same, you have to exercise if you have too much weight from being pregnant
