Search in your start menu and run Task Scheduler.
From here you can give your PC a lot of tasks and tell it when to run programs or commands. Read up on Task Scheduler.
Start a Basic Task and follow the instructions.
The program you would want to run in your case is:
C:\Windows\System32\shutdown.exe
(C= your drive letter were windws 7 is installed)

This question only applies to a Windows PC. To turn off your Windows PC, click the start button on you taskbar. Then, Move your mouse over to the button that says shutdown, or if there is an arrow (in Windows Vista and 7) click on that and then click shutdown. Your computer will then close all your programs and then shutdown!
Auto cad is not updated yet to work in Windows 7, go for Windows XP.
This is sadly not possible in Windows any more.

If it is windows xp or older then it is just the way it gets installed and it is fine. but if it is windows vista or 7 then it means a critical error has occurred and widows has to be shutdown
