I'm going to assume you have lost the key and do not have the duplicate. Go to a Toyota dealership, give them the vin number, they can cut a new key from the vin number. Most dealers only keep this data for 5 or 10 years, so it may be to late for your particular vehicle. A lot of dealers will also require you to show some type of proof of ownership.
If you cannot get a ket cut by a dealer, most locksmiths can cut you a new key if you bring them one of the door tumblers, or some will do it on site if you are not able to remove a door tumbler, be prepared, having a new key cut from a tumbler can cost as much as 100 dollars. It has cost me anywhere from 50.00 to 100.00 in the past.
If you bring the vin number and ID to a Toyota dealer ship they can duplicate the key.
