How can you make a factory CD player out of one 2000 Cadillac deville work in another 2000 Cadillac deville when you turn it on it says anti theft and wont work?

You might have 2 problems.
1) The radios are VIN specific and so to get it unlocked you have to go to the dealer and have them program your VIN in the replacement radio, could be $10 to $75 depending on your dealer.
2) If you are trying to put a CD/Cass. in where there was just a plain cassette, it won't work anyway, the cassette player is internally amped, the CD/Cass. has an external amp, so if that is your situation, don't waste your money getting it unlocked.
