A screen saver is the thing when you turn on your computer and it says internet. BUT the SCREEN SAVER is the thing BEHIND where it says internet. Like the picture.

Any monitor can get what is called "burn-in". This happens when a non-moving picture is left on a screen for too long. A screen saver helps avoid this problem by making sure the picture moves. TV's would not require this as they have constantly moving pictures.
if you hav windows 7 u can set it as ur screen saver from right click on destop>personalize>screen saver>screen saver scroll>bubbles>apply> OK ur done! ;)
