You can make a saturated or even a super saturated solution easily, by adding a proportionally greater amount of solute to a liquid. To do this you can use almost any solute or liquid you would like, however i would recommend powders such as: salt, sugar, iced tea mix, even kool aid to water. Here is the procedure you can use to create said saturated solution.
Step 1) Boil water. It isn't always necessary to boil water when making a saturated solution, but it does make the entire experiment a lot easier because the solute (powder) will dissolve easier
Step 2) add as much solute as possible until it dissolves. A good ratio to use would be 1 part liquid:2 parts powder
Step 3) stir mixture (kinda self explanatory just make sure you are left with only liquid too much powder will create a super saturated solution)
Step 4) wait for solution to cool then observe the new properties of the liquid (ie. change in color, smell, viscosity( runniness
and i got a grocery bag o baby i b stuck 2 u like glue baby wanna spend it all on u baby my room is the blank spot call me Mr flinston cuz i can make Ur question rock Lela was no is here
When you add water to the saturated solution, there is more solvent to dissolve the solute. The saturated solution becomes diluted, so it is no longer saturated.
This solution is called a saturated solution, when the solution will dissolve no more of a solute.
Add more solute until no more will dissolve. A saturated solution is one into which no more of the solute can be dissolved into.
Once a solution is saturated it won't dissolve any more additive, by definition, at least not of the same material.
none
You have to Heat it!
When you add water to the saturated solution, there is more solvent to dissolve the solute. The saturated solution becomes diluted, so it is no longer saturated.
A saturated solution is made when you have added so much solute that no more dissolves. The amount of solute needed to make a saturated solution will change with the temperature of the solution.
This solution is called a saturated solution, when the solution will dissolve no more of a solute.
No, evaporation will most likely make the solution supersaturated
A saturated solution.
Add more solute until no more will dissolve. A saturated solution is one into which no more of the solute can be dissolved into.
A super saturated solution.
A solution that does not allow any more solute to dissolve (at room temperature) is called a SATURATED SOLUTION. But a saturated solution can be made to dissolve more solute by heating it. Then it is called a super saturated solution. The solvent becomes saturated and the no more solute will disolve
You can dissolve more by heating the solution.
You can dissolve more by heating the solution.
A solute can be dissolved in water to form a solution until the carrying capacity of the solution is reached. At this point the solution is saturated and will not dissolve or carry any more solute. fully saturated. You should also consider that heating it up make it a diluted solution, so as lowering the heat instantly can make your solution a supersaturated solution.
