So can LSA, mescaline, and mushrooms(though not it is not common to hallucinate off mushrooms).Moon-pods is a wonderful example of how deep the "rabbit hole" goes! Marijuana can not make you hallucinate, I have no idea where anyone got that. You can lace maijuana with other drugs to cause the desired effect, though this will not occur using marijuana alone. The simplest hallucination, is when you spin your body around its axis. When you stop, where world still seems to be moving! Even if you know it is not.
This hallucination is caused by the fluid in your balance organs continuing to move, after you stop spinning.
