Practice. If you have ever participated in cheer leading before, you know what to do to condition. Stretch every day, run for 10 minutes to improve your stamina, practice your jumps, and do it every day for about a month before tryouts. If you have more time to prepare, sign up for a gymnastics class or a local Cheerleading team for teens in your town. That should get you ready for next year.

Cheerleading in my opinion definitly is more fun than gymastics.
