Ask a really funny question. How about something like this?
"What is the origin of the term 'booger'? What are some proper usages of the word?"
Yes, but only for the first person who answers it. Everyone else is out of luck. Sorry.
A person who makes people laugh is called a comedian.
I would suggest that you make that part of the question. The people answering are trying to help, but may be from anyplace.
This question.
sorry for answering a question with a question but WNBA? what is that?
by not answering this question
A horse laugh is just a big laugh. The person wants to make you the butt of a joke.
Sadly no. Uless you want to pay me for answering this question ;) (just joking)
If answering this question as anticipating problems it may be helpful to not make it sound as though the person is a pessimist and always expecting the worst. If answering this as merely reacting then it may be helpful to not sound as though the person is not prepared for problems that may arise.
it depends on the person because i know it makes me laugh!
When I am underwater.
Because you have to analyze the question first before answering, whereas the framing of a question (to convey the desired intent) may sometimes be harder than answering the same question. Good questions make for easier answering. Also it is important to question with clarity to get the most appropriate answer.
