You cannot completely change your hair's structure overnight.
Consult your hairdresser, she/he knows your hair's real stucture and will be able to help you the best. (We don't)

I do a lot of gardening in my yard and the best way I found to keep my trees falling over was if you get 3-4 long, thick sticks and put them in the ground pretty deep and tie them around the tree.
