There are many ways that you can make yourself healthy. Make sure you eat 5 fruit and vegetables a day. Exercise is good for your health, you need to have at least 1 hour of excersise everyday. Fresh air if good for you too. Also, if you are trying to get slim, do not go on a diet and don't eat anything it will just make you severly ill and it is very bad for your health, if you want to lose weight just cut down slightly on junk food such as chocolate, sweets, crisps, etc.
