There is no definite way to making a wish come true. The best way to make a wish come true is hope and persevere. Plus, you need to work toward your wish in order for it to come true, it won't come true on its own.

a. Define your wish fully and completely. The more clearly you can define the wish, the more likely you are to get it. Write it down in full and keep the paper under your pillow. Read it often, refine it if necessary.

b. Visualise it as fully as possible, see yourself living with your wish already fulfilled (spend at least 10 minutes each day doing this). Think (and live) this through.

c. Get as clear an idea as you can of what you will have to sacrifice to achieve your wish - and you will have to sacrifice something - you can't even achieve the 'wish' of going outside without 'sacrificing' being inside. Are you prepared to make the necessary sacrifice? If not, you are wasting your time.

d. Work out the shortest route (in terms of time, energy, resources, etc.) and set out on that path, changing anything you can at every step to make it more nearly like the goal. Don't miss an opportunity to move a step nearer. If you can't do the big things, do the little things - they are actually more important. The big things will sort themselves out.

e. Every few days look back to where you were when you started this, and ask yourself how you are doing.

f. The universe will do what it can to help, but it can't do anything if you are not doing your bit.
