A sloppy copy is stealing someone Else's work, identity and taking it as your own. This included acting, stealing there identity, or dressing like them to name a few. I hope this helps :)
Will why do you think? It steals the other persons well owned money, it creates new accounts that the person does not need, and it also just steals the other persons identity. Jeez

In my opinion vulnerability is a bad thing unless its to someone u trust whole heatedly. but to be more vulnerable you can be more open with people, tell secrets about yourself allow people access to you basically.

If someone stole my USPS address to theirs, I would immediately do whatever I could to get it changed back. This is also considered someone stealing my identity, so I would also find out who it was and take them to court.
