working your muscles too hard will lead to muscle fatige
the hardest working horse is a appolosa. the hardest working muscle in your body is the heart. it pumps loads of blood through your body every second!
It depends on what your lean body mass is (i.e. how much muscle you have -- this is what 'burns' the fat) and what your pace is (how hard your heart was working).
Because muscles have such a hard task. The only muscle in your body that does not get tired is your cardiac muscle also known as your HEART
It has to do with your heart because when you exercise, your heart beats faster every time and it tells when you're working hard or not. When your heart beats too fast, it means you are working too hard and you might have to take a break. But if your heart isn't beating to fast, then it means you're not working that hard. If your heart is beating not too hard or not too slow, then you would be in good shape. Sometimes when you work too hard, your heart may have some problems and start having some kind of stroke or something.
When you are working the muscle hard.
the body is working extremely hard to force blood and the oxygen in the blood around the body, so by working harder you need more oxygen to travel around your muscle's, so your heart is working harder, therefore you need more oxygen.
Your heart
you can't because only that individual know how hard they are working
Need more oxygen for respiration. more nutrients for muscle growth.
