Realize you are being selfish. This is something your partner wants. Would you be angy if your partner went to see a movie you didn't particularly want to see? Also realize they are still with you and they could leave you at any time and be with that other person.
Try identifying your own problems with them cheating. Be sure you can address your problems clearly in a discussion with them.

Because the one who's cheating doesn't recognize that what they're doing is wrong and then gets mad at their partner. It's called being a hypocrite.

it can be very scary when you fear that your partner is cheating. I always think about what i would be like if i was in the others shoes. I would be vey anxious and uneasy and mad if i thought my partner was cheating on me. So, try and think how he's feeling and you'll understand better. Try and calm him down and explain yourself and let them know that your not being dishonest. In my personal opinion, when they get angry when they think your cheating shows that they care about you and your relationship with him.
