Renault Megane is technically a family car, but it is a small family car. It can be purchased as a 3-door or 5-door hatchback. However, the 3-door is not technically a family car because of the limited space it offers. If one has a bigger family, a bigger car is recommended, such as a mini-van or SUV.
normally on the edge of the door you will see a small little lever you move to the opposite way. or there mite be a small white plastic screw head that you turn,in the edge of the door lock.
6.5 Inch/165mm are a straight fit, unsure on the back
It will not take long at all to remove door trim from a Renault Menage. All you have to do is remove the bottom 10 mm bolts on the door, un-clip the door lights, undo the plastic trimming from the clips, unscrew the door cover and then remove all trimming.
A rear electric window that has jammed on a Renault Megane Dynamique might be termed off cable. This means that the mechanism for raising and lowering the window (the cable) might need to be replaced. To replace the cable, the door panel needs to be removed.
i have a megane scenic 2004 and just discovered that i can switch off passenger airbag by a switch in the dash , which you would see when opening the drivers door. Sorry don not know about service light.
In my '00 Renault megane scenic, the chassis number is located under the spare tire. If you can't find it there, there's a sticker in the bottom of the B pillar on the right side of the car, that contains several numbers. The chassis number is the one that start by VF . The B pillar is the one between the front and back door. To be able to see the sticker, you have to open the right front door. Hope this helps.
I am not sure, you may want to check the door jam. You can always call your local paint jobber, they will have reference material that will give the exact location
Listed in your owners manual and on the vehicle somewhere. Look on the drivers door post, truck, glove box, console, etc. It is there somewhere.
The Renault M̩gane is a small family car produced by the French automaker Renault since 1995. It is offered in 3- and 5-door hatchback, saloon, coup̩, convertible and estate bodystyles. The Renault Sc̩nic (launched 1996) is the first modern compact MPV to be built in Europe[citation needed], and is based on the M̩gane floorpan.
Try left of the steering wheel, at the fuse panel...that little plastic door. I have a 54 reg 1.9TD dynamic and it's not to the left of the steering wheel.....
