The only test you will pass is the saliva drug test; which only picks up traces from the past 48-72 hours. Any other drug test such as urine, blood, hair will not be passable from a week UNLESS you alter it in some form. For example, submitting someone else's urine for a urine test.

In addition to the free guide at marijuana.com/drug-test you also can Google Certo. it's a CHEAP CHEAP remedy for drug tests. take the packet with roughly half a bottle of a regular sized Gatorade (puts electrolytes in your body so it doesn't look like your diluting). make sure you take the Certo and Gatorade, at least an hour in advance but to be safe give yourself 2-3 hours to make sure you've started digesting it. after digesting it, drink water up until the drug test, maybe 2-3 average sized glasses. the idea is not to be wetting yourself while you wait, but to flush out the THC metabolites that have been sitting in your bladder. too much water and your urine will be clear(suspicious). to help with this maybe take a multivitamin earlier in the day, before any of this conflict, maybe if you don't usually drink water. either way you decide, just make sure you pee at least 1 or maybe 2 times before you have to take a drug test and make sure in doing this that your still gonna have enough pee for the actual test.

the logic behind this is Certo is full of glucose. sugars, ie glucose, sucrose, and fructose are digested with a priority over fats when ingested. so the premise is, take the drug test on a stomache full of already digesting glucose, in this case, and the fat in your body (which is where THC is stored btw) will not be broken down until the gulose is.

this theory has been proven many a time with fat people. generally fat people ingest too many sugars and carbs thus creating more fat for themselves and not burning any fat. so another thing to remember on the day of the test. try to avoid any strenuous activity that might cause you to burn fat. this should ensure you a negative drug test. good luck!

get someone else's piss, or dont take the test.... It depends largly on the drug you have taken but more than likely you are screwed. Your best bet is to drink lots of water and take pills that can help to eliminate the substance in your bloodstream. But if you can miss it I would.
