No. You can play an outdated version of the game for free at minecraft's website, but to play the full version, you (or someone else) must have had paid for it.
Go to Minecraft.net, log in using an account that had bought Minecraft and then click play in your browser under the Download Now! button on the main page. If you do not have an account that has paid for Minecraft then you can play Minecraft Classic for free.
In order to do ANYTHING online in minecraft, you need a legal paid version of minecraft, unless you play on a cracked version.
