If you still want to have powersave settings without needing to enter a password, then do the following...
1. Open the Start Menu
2. Type in "Power Options" and press Enter
3. Click on "Change Plan Settings" on whichever plan you are currently set to
4. "Change Advanced Power Settings"
5. For "Require a Password on Wakeup," set to "No"
Another way is to install some tools to periodically do something (they move the mouse or type text so that the workstation thinks you are still using it.
