there is a couple of ways you could do this you could either send it to another friends phone that can receive emails and simply bluetooth or infrared it to your phone or get hold if a usb compatible cord and transer it directly from the PC to your phone (most new phones have the usb wire included in the box, failing that just go to any mobile accessory outlet and they will have them for your model)
