Buy a boot disk. Can't find one? eBay.
They are different things, if you have not yet purchased an upgrade disk you should invest in an install disk. Otherwise you will have to upgrade from Vista to windows 7 every time you want to reinstall.

Go to google throme and tpye windows 7
I would just transfer my personal files to a USB stick or external HDD but there is also a program in windows 7 for backup and restore. Search on your start menu to find it.
if you have original windows 7 disc, you can reinstall it if you have recovery windows 7 disc, you can fix it
yes
Mine doesn't, but if yours do and a reinstall of Windows doesn't work you will have to check for hardware fault's. Additional: 1. Reset BIOS. 2. Try booting in safemode. 3. Boot a Windows 7 DVD and try a repair or read up on "bootrec" 4. Do a disk check.
The best way to do this is to insert the Windows 7 installation disk and reboot the laptop. You should boot into the disc from where there should be an option to format the hard drive. This should remove everything from the disk Including personal information!!! After reformatting the disk, it should reboot and you can reinstall windows 7.
