I only know how to use Call Trunk, but that certainly allows you to record off of a smartphone. There is an Android app and a Blackberry app available from Call Trunk that allows you to natively launch a recorded call from those types of phones.
For the iPhone, Treo or Windows 7, you can initiate the recorded call from your phone's browser by going to Call Trunk's website. The website rings your smartphone, then your destination phone, and the calls are bridged and recorded.
