If it has been painted you can use a tennis ball but its hard work and it only works on recent marks
Depends on what caused the scuff mark.....you can use a 'pink eraser' which takes off scuff marks on wood floors, very easily!!
When attempting to remove the scuff marks from a laminate floor, it is essential you do not make it worse by scratching the floor. A used tennis ball works very well to remove these marks.

If it's treated wood I would try Plegde, or Orange Glo, get a rag and use some elbow grease.

Mr. Clean Magic Erasers are really like magic for taking off scuff marks. You just wet it and scrub a bit. It won't help if the plastic is scratched though.

It depends on how the puncture marks and scuffs were inflicted, and how old the refrigerator is. If you're a wheelchair or power chair user like I am, and the refrigerator is at least a year old, then it probably is normal wear and tear. See if you can remove the scuff marks, however.
