this is wht i think i know.... I think it is limescale. ( calcium carbonate ) It precipitates out of hard water escpecially water temp. over 70`Celcius ( hot water pipe/ tank)... as carbonate is inverse soluble.. ( precipitates into a solid when heated ). Removing screens can unblock the faucets... also with back flushing the hot water with the cold water can unclog large stubborn peices. ( turn off hot water valve, disconnect hot water sink hose at valve and place end in pail. Now to the faucet head, stop and block water flow with a dime or some foil in place of the screen. So when cold water is turned on it will flush back through the hot water hose out into the pail. You must have the hot water tap open to allow the flush.) But that doesn't take care of removing it all out o the system. SHould i change hot water tank? add a softener or further build up? Can I drain the whole system? Is it possible to circulate a salt in the water system?
