∙ 9y agoIt is hugely unlikely - but not impossible - that you would actually NEED to have the inner labia removed or trimmed.
But if it is indeed a problem - either a real one through chafing and discomfort - or a self-image one through your body not looking like you want it to - then surgery is the only option to remove/reduce the size of it. It's not going to disappear by itself.
