'I'm 16 years old, i have passport, identity and i want to travel in new york. there i have be accepted from agency model, my parents allows me to go but I'm from Greece and i don't have anybody there. how can i go there and where I'm gonna live when i come there?
Answer
Check with the agency that hired you to see if they have any contacts or can recommend roommates. It is quite expensive to live in New York. Do a reality check as far as expenses to see how your pay as a new model and rent will work out.
you can't Answer Take any job that you can get--it is a survival job. Then, find a roommate to rent from--and always pay the rent without any excuses about being short this month. Do the same with everything else in your life and soon your credit won't be lousy.
Get a job, obviously! Few places are going to rent someone an apartment or house without showing some sort of employment.
You get a job
rent a roomto someone else, rent a different house, get a better job etc.
one that pays rent.
No.
Most will check with your employer. If you are self-employed, then you will need to provide banking and credit rating information. I moved in and found a job later, but I had the money for the deposit and first and last month's rent.
$1/year is as low as a rent can go without being free.
It depends on your financial situation. Without a job it will definitely be harder, but if you have a source of income other than a job, then you can still probably get approved for an apartment. Sometimes, even if you don't have a source of income you can get approved for housing through applying for government help through the welfare program or other programs focused on the homeless.
A landlord is a person, not a job. You are a landlord when you rent out your property. The job is property management and thus the job title is "property manager".
The age to rent a car without paying a premium should be lowered to 21.
