Also remember to shampoo daily (if needed) and conditioning (whether shampooing or not) and use an additional leave-in spray conditioner to protect the hair from additional heat damage. Don't expect immediate results, it takes longer to undo damage.
If your hair is burnt, literally, than you may want to consider simply shaving your head and wearing a wig.

If your hair is burned from constantly using heat styling tools, but not literally burned off, you need to take care of it. Use a conditioning, restoring mask and make sure to use heat protection before styling.
