Remove the Positive (red) battery cable from the battery for 1 minute. This should clear all memory presets (radio, seat, stored computer error codes, etc).
Blown fuse or bad memory circuit Check the fuses
No, a pcm, bcm, or ecm will not reset itself while driving. On the otherhand it will do checks when you start the car to make sure everything is operating properly. If something is not it will light up the infamous check engine light.(pcm) There is nothing for it to reset when you replace the battery. It does not loose it's memory when the battery is disconnected anymore than a computer in your home looses it's memory when you unplug it from the wall outlet. Therefore there is nothing to reset.
If you undo the negative (Black) lead from the battery terminal and leave the car for 15 mins then put it back. This should reset the memory clearing the warning light. Regards James
Disconnecting the power to the car, or computer for any length of time will not reset the check engine light, or service needed lights. The memory for these lights is stored in non-volatile memory of the computer in the car. In an OBDI or an OBDII system you must access the computer to reset these lights. As a suggestion if you have a local autoparts store they sometimes have a Loan a Tool program where you can rent a cheap computer access tool (This is not an endorsement, but I know Autozone rents this tool for both systems). If after resetting this light, it returns then you will need to correct the problem before it can be properly reset.

They have no reset. An ac pump has no memory board.
adjust to your liking, then press Set, hear two beeps, then select one (side) of the memory switch. Another beep to confirm your settings, all done. Car has two different memory settings for different drivers.
Check fuses Radio requires 2 power sources One being a constant HOT for memory circuit Sounds like your memory circuit is not working
delete it off your memory
they dont want to reset they can use backups.
Is there not a reset button on the back? If not, then take out the battery, and the memory. THen out them back in after taking them out for 20 seconds.
No, but you can reset by disconnecting the battery for a little while to reset its memory and leaned values. Or it will relearn itself while you drive it.
