If you wish to return an item, simply mail it to the address listed below. Please include a copy of the original invoice for your order (attached to the package) or a note with your full name, address and Order Number (if available) so that we may credit your account properly.
For your records, please retain a copy of your shipping receipt. We ask that you allow 3-4 weeks for your return to be received and processed.
Please note, our company policy does not include reimbursement for postal expenses, which may be incurred with the return of merchandise to our returns processing facility.

If you didn't open it just put refused on the package or RTS. If you opened it you have to pay to mail it back, you will get credit for the item ,but not the postage. Now the problem is that the postage may be more than the item is worth.
