By saying no engine installed, I hope you still have the battery installed, in which case you would simply turn the key (obviously you can not start the engine!). Then roll up/down the window.
If there is no battery, you will have to play about with the central locking system. Open it, locate the power supply cables and apply the appropriate (usually 12 V DC) to it then you can roll up/down the window. To do this you have to be certain of the wiring, or else you could permanently or severly damage the system (electronics) or even short the battery. BE VERY CAREFUL.
