You must expose the bug to carbon dioxide which will cause it to pass out (I have done this to small bugs and none have died all have woken up and completely recovered).
Way 1 to do this:
Baking soda and vinegar
put the bug in a small jar with a lid that has holes in it and then put that jar in a larger jar then fill the bigger jar about 1/3 of the way with baking soda pour in vinegar and then put the lid on the bigger jar. Wait about 5-10 min and then open the jar and then open the smaller jar and the bug will be sedated.
Way 2:
Same thing but use water and alkaselzer tablets and it works the same way.
Do it safe! Have fun!
Source: well I always knew that carbon dioxide was used and I sort of used those two things to get it. But there are a lot of other ways to do it!
Fertilizers contain nutrients which help plants grow better (faster, bigger, healthier and in more abundance) Pesticides eliminate pests (bugs and fungi) that could inhibit plant grown by either killing the pests or keeping them away from the plants. Some pesticides and fertilizers are chemical.. some are organic.
30 seconds -_-
I needed to use camphor to kept the bugs away.
No, chlorine isn't it is a chemical you put in water to kill off bugs.
Some people use sulfur tablets to keep bugs away.
i would think bugs are waaay to tiny to take caution of when mowing the lawn but, for life such as toads, you really just need a sharp eye.
While it may be tempting to catch lightning bugs in a jar, it is not recommended as it can harm the bugs and disrupt their natural behaviors. It is better to observe them in their natural habitat and enjoy their beauty without causing them any harm.
Extermination
Krypton was first used for killing bugs.
Use a bug killing chemical.
Assassin bugs get their name because they are efficient at killing their prey. However, they have predators themselves including other assassin bugs, rodents, and birds.
they are yucky little creatures which on killing secrete a yellow juice
Try another method of killing them.
Around half of bugs or insects are plant-eaters, eating leaves, roots, seeds, nectar, or wood. Praying mantises are predators, hunting other small creatures. Fleas and lice are parasites, eating the flesh or blood of larger animals without killing them.
