YES Just look under the performance tab and you will see cpu usage.
yes you can, i think it uses a lot of CPU usage though
If your CPU usage is at 80%, you are probably trying to run too many programs at once. Try closing some programs, especially any that are processor-intensive (games, photo/video processing, etc).
diffective or damaged fan's and poor heat control are one cause of high CPU usage. turn your PC off and remove the power cord, then open your computer and with a finger touch some areas of your computer, processor heat sync, hard drive, etc. they should not be very hot, u should be able to leave your finger there for at least a few seconds. I just recently had this problem at first i thought it was a virus, now i have my PC box open with a house fan on it and my CPU rest's nicly at 0-11 % CPU usage while surfing the web XD
Press CTRL-ALT-DELETE and click on Task Manager. Go to the Processes tab and look for which process is taking up 100% CPU. Then search on Google for "processname.exe 100% cpu"

When you have two CPU's. You are shown one graph per processor (core) that your machine has. Ex, a quad core i.e. a machine with 4 processors will have four CPU usage history graphs.
