When you have two CPU's. You are shown one graph per processor (core) that your machine has. Ex, a quad core i.e. a machine with 4 processors will have four CPU usage history graphs.
view what applications are running
Check your Task Manager, under the processes tab. You can sort it by Memory or CPU.
You can look at the CPU Usage History under the performance tab in the task manager.
Press CTRL-ALT-DELETE and click on Task Manager. Go to the Processes tab and look for which process is taking up 100% CPU. Then search on Google for "processname.exe 100% cpu"
Under the "PROCESSES" tab in the Task Manager, sort by the "CPU" column, and identify the process that's hogging the CPU. Then, based on what it is, decide whether to end the process, and possibly whether to wipe it off the computer entirely.
Unfortunately, the only way is to disable them one-by-one. There is no "task manager" that breaks down CPU usage for browsers like there is for operating systems.
Depending on what OS (operating system) you are using. i will use windows for my answer. you can either press CTRL + ALT + DEL and select Task Manager from the list that appears. or you can right click on your task bar (the one at the bottom of your screen) and select task manager from there. once Task Manager is open navigate to the processes tab and then click the CPU to sort the list by descending order of CPU % if you are wanting to know this because the computer is running slow it might also be an idea to check how much memory it is using, by clicking on the memory normally located next to CPU.
STEPS:- 1.Open task manager(CTRL+ALT+DEL) 2.Click processes tab 3.Then see the CPU and memory usage by the application
