By default, Jagex should let anyone use free chat, but there are certain worlds that are Quick chat only. Chances are you were on one of them, try changing worlds and looking at the list closely to seeing weather it's quick chat or not, you want one without quick chat.
That's not something the player does; Jagex (the company that owns RuneScape) decides to allow only quickchat in some cases, like when the player is less than 13 years old (for legal reasons), or as a punishment, which may be temporary or permanent.
It is against Jagex rules to give accounts to other people. You can create a new account on the Runescape website for free.
No, considering this is against the Jagex rules of play.
sorry, but it is against the Jagex rules of play to give away Runescape Accounts.
Once you turn 13, you are free to chat with other players of the RuneScape community.
No sorry, it is against the JaGex rules of play.
You cannot use free chat unless you are 13. I tryed but i had to wait. On your birthday it will atomatically make it so you can use free chat.
Not if you are on a Quick Chat world, that means it is strictly quick chat only, other worlds will have quick chat and you can use free chat as well.
No, since it is against the Jagex rules of play.
Im in a free chat world, over thirteen and everythings turned on. Please help!
What do you mean demo? Runescape is a free game. If you mean member, you can't. If you mean unmember, download jagex. If that doesn't work,i don't know.
Sorry, it is against the Jagex rules of play to give away accounts.
