If you want to send it to another computer which has already downloaded the PowerPoint, you could send easily as putting it on an e-mail, message e.t.c...but if the other computer,PC, laptop does NOT have downloaded PowerPoint before it could cause a problem, damage or error. If it says your computer,PC or laptop will be heavy by opening this document selec "Cancel" of your 2 choices.

1. copy audio and video files you embedded to the same folder with powerpoint file
2. change the path of the audio and video files after you moving the powerpoint into a new computer
3. Make sure that the media files are compatible with powerpoint on windows pc. If not, convert them to be.
Video formats compatible with powerpoint: .swf, .asf, .avi, .mpg or .mpeg, .wmv.
Audio formats compatible with powerpoint: .aiff, .mid or .midi, .wav, .au, .mp3 and .wma.
