My '96....has the factory Delco radio/cassette unit. On the front panel, on the lower right side,are two push buttons labeled H (for hour) and another labeled M (for minute) These adjust theclock display when you push and hold them for a second or so. The reason for having to hold them,is so a casual bump to the switch won't change the time. You really have to WANT to adjust the clock.You hold the "rcl" button in and use the "seek/scan button for hours and minutes.

Read your owner's manual. Don't have one get one. If it's the same stock DELCO that's in my 1992 metro, you hold the "rcl" button in and use the "seek/scan button for hours and minutes.

if you unplug the knock sensor and run it and it clears up then change the knock sensor if it doesn't check cam caps for torque specs and lifters if it set up for awhile
Press and hold the HR or MIN arrow for two seconds. Then press the HR arrow until the correct hour appears. Press and hold the MIN arrow until the correct minute appears. The clock may be set with the ignition on or off.
Press "SET" and then use the keys on the bottom right of the radio.
