If you do not have a US Address, that would be a tiring process. With traditional methods, your orders are delivered in 3-4 weeks, and it is not guaranteed if the delivery is delayed or not.
To avoid these issues, I recommend you to use international package forwarding services. I used a website called Boxinus.com, and pleased with the service they provided. Their customer service calls you as soon as you register the website and gives you more details about your package forwarding procedure. You can consolidate a couple of packages and ship together which is very helpful to lower the shipping fee. I have to say, they have reasonable prices compared to the service.
Hope my answer is useful.

You have to be a paid Moshi Member on Moshi Monsters to get to Captain Buck's ship, the Cloudy Cloth Clipper. The ship will be in the Port whenever it returns from its travels. Go to the Port and see if the ship is there, then click on the ship to go to the shop.
