Basically, you can't do this. You cannot unilaterally relinquish your obligation to provide support for your child.

You cannot do that. You can sign all rights over to the mother, but you cannot end your obligation to pay child support.

Can custodial parent move out of state if there is an existing child support order in one state?

No. If there is a child support order that means a state court has jurisdiction over the child. If the parent who is paying child support has any parental rights of custody or visitation the custodial parent would need the NC parent's consent and court approval to move out of state. Does the parent still have financial obligations after signing over parental rights?

Termination of parental rights does not, in itself, terminate child support.

How do you drop rights over to a child that you pay child support for and don't get to see?

In general, parental rights are terminated either preparatory to an adoption, or after a trial in which it is determined that the parent is unfit. In any case, termination of parental rights does not, in itself, terminate child support. If you want to see your child, bring the custodial parent into court.

What happens when the father signs his rights over in mississippi child support case?

A parent cannot simply sign away their rights to a child. There are many factors that come into play in the state of Mississippi. If the child is abandoned by the parent then their rights can be stripped but they will still have to pay child support.

Does your biological parent have rights to keep your deceased fathers child support to themselves?

The child support is paid to the parent, not the child, to pay for the expenses of the child. So as long as you have a roof over your head, food in your belly and clothes on your back my guess is that the child support is being used correctly.

Will child support stop if father signs rights over to mother and mother does not want child support from him anymore?

None of them can sign over anything. They can go to court and ask to have their rights removed and the custodial parent can ask to have the child support stopped but this means she can not get benefits before he has paid.

Can a mother receive child support if she has signed over her rights?

In general, support is paid to the parent or other caretaker who has custody of the child (or to the State as reimbursement for assistance furnished).
