Well, isn't that just a happy little situation we have there! It sounds like your male pug is just trying to show affection to the female pug. Dogs use licking as a way to communicate and bond with each other. Just make sure both pugs are healthy and happy, and everything should be just fine.
A female pug tends to prefer a male than another female
A male can smell a female pug in estress for 5 miles. The animal kingdom is based on reproduction. It is best to get the female spade and the male fixed. The male pug will NEVER calm down while the female is in estress
Yes, as long as the chihuahua is "in heat" and they get "hung" (which you will know), the pug can get the chihuahua pregnant.
it doesn't make a difference but if a pug is pregnant the tail will be thicker and will not curl like i usually dose a perfect pug tail has to curls
It really depends on the size of the puppy. Around 14.5 ounces.
A male Pug dog is usually bigger and heavier. A male (Dog) Pug's average weight is around 6 to 10 kg(13-20lb)and they stand 30-36cm (12-14") high. A female (Bitch)Pug's average weight is about 6-8 kg (13-18lb)and height 25-30cm (10-12"). They can become much heavier than this if overfed.
I have 2 male and female. It kinda varies..The male is the size of a reg. pekingese the female is smaller.
If it's a recent litter of pups, it is perfectly normal.
You probably cant and probably shouldn't. If you are trying to mate a male great Dane with a female pug, it would probably get killed by the great Danes weight. If you are trying the reverse, the male pug may not be able to successfully mate with the female Dane.
Pugs are a breed of dog. They reproduce sexually.
You need to separate the dog from the bitch and only bring them together under controlled circumstances. Pugs often cannot mate unassisted. If you are not familiar with pug breeding what are you doing? Do you have any idea how hard it is to breed and whelp Pugs, females regularly need caesarian section, cannot give birth unaided and do not care for their pups. Unless you are very experienced I really do not recommend you breed your pug.
