Go to 'My Setting' in the links bar at the left of the page, under the 'My Pages' heading.
Scroll down to the area where you can select which reminders will be sent to your email adress.
Uncheck those you don't want.
Click on 'Save'.

(1) 'unsubscribe' yourself from their mailing list (there should be a link in the email you get) - (2) mark the next one you get as 'spam' or 'junkmail' - which will send all future emails to your junk-mail folder - (3) block the sender - which will simply 'bounce' future emails back to the company.
