put conkers around you windows that you may open, it sounds crazy but it is a method to stop Spiders and other insects from coming in, it is due to conker being some sort of sign of predetors hope that helped
ive herd that to stop spiders coming in your house , put some garlic in the places that the spidder would go to and they don't like it so hopfully they would go away i think this should help u a bit
