How can you stop time in Zelda Phantom Hourglass?

During the two parts of the final boss battle (against Bellum), you will need to stop time to defeat him. To do so, wait for Ciela to release a glowing orb known as a phantom sphere. Run up to it to collect it, then tap the icon on the touch screen. A frame will appear. Trace an hourglass quickly in the frame and time will automatically stop temporarily.

you cannot fully stop time. if you could it would ruin the whole purpose of the game. you can however find songs for the ocarina which can either speed up or slow down time.

hey lokislilsister here. The songs in question are to slow down time play the song of time backwards. If you play that again while time is slowed you can bring time back to normal. If you play each note on the song of time twice, you can go forward half-a-day.

You can only stop time when facing the final boss, Bellum.

To stop time, Ciela will give you a glowing sphere. Take the sphere. Then, click the circle at the bottom of the screen with the hourglass symbol. Then, draw an hourglass in a figure eight. The lines will not appear, you just draw it. Time will now stop for a few seconds.

You start at the top left corner and make a strait line to the top right, then make an diagonal line to the bottom left, strait line to the bottom right, then an diagonal line to the top left again. If this doesn't work try it again, it took me like a thousand times.

Play the Inverted Song of Time. Which is the Song of Time in reverse which then slows The Clock time.

If your talking about Bellum, the last boss what I did was draw an "8". I did it in the middle of the box, I didn't connect it to any of the corners. --> so it looked like dis [ 8 ].

yeah, it does if u go to the moon stage. FYI, there's a somewhat fraud,(it works sometimes works) if u go to that Honey and Darling's shop and blow them up.

Nope, you can only slow it down by playing the Song of Time backwards. You can't stop it.
