There is only one why to get people to stop text you . All you can do is change your phone number.

This is coming from your network provider so in the credit message it may say something along the lines of " Text STOP to 1343, to stop receiving our notifications" the number I included is random so it depends on the number within that text as that is the number of your network provider.
