Show them love and give them lots of affection; hugs, kisses, have time to converse with them so that they also feel wanted and this way they will know that their thoughts are appreciated, take them for a walk/ride on their wheel chair or clutches, sit next to them and enjoy their company whether it is in silence or watching a movie, ask them if they need anything or any help and most importantly don't show them that you think they are weak because this kills their self esteem and sometimes depending on the person involved makes them loose their self worth.
