Well I would suggest taking her out for a nice dinner and a few drinks. Drop hints, because chances are she'll pick up on them, and if she reacts positively to those hints, then why be secretive? And don't forget to tell her that you enjoyed spending time with her.

A) dont immeadiately tel her that you are in love with her. that could be precieved as weird, especially if your jst a teen (that sounded patronising, buy i am too)...tell her that you think that you might be in love with her...but that you dont want her to think that thats weird...
