It's best that you don't. Most teachers avoid relationships with students like the plague. It can cost them their jobs, and even put them in prison. In fact, if your teacher allows or encourages that kind of relationship with a student, don't trust him or her!

Although this type of situation is deeply frowned upon, I guess it is okay in the human aspect of it? I mean, if he is young, and you are almost done with school, like junior or senior, then, I would say wait till you get out of school, because it will cause a lot of complications with your schoolwork, and you may even get kicked out of school. School is more important than this guy I'm sure, so focus on that first, and then see where you and this guy could go, if you get the courage to tell him that you fancy him.
