Base models are manual windows and locks.
LSI models are opposite of base models.

It's either 175/65/14 or 185/65/14 depending on whether or not it is a base or LSI. The 1995 Prizm LSI has 185/65/14. It might depend on the rims you have on the car too.

Answer Options. There a few features that are standard on the LSI that are options on the Base model (if I recall it is things like tach, power windows/locks, folding rear seat, things like that). I always thought the way to tell the difference between the two was the trim around the windows. LSI has black trim while the base is mostly body colored. Having said that I have 02 Base with the above features, no black trim and my Insurance says it's a LSI. Go figure.
