Or, in short, Breed he/she with a guinea pig you're POSITIVE is homozygous white. (White is recessive to black). If any of the offspring (out of at least four) are white, then the guinea pig you're talking about isn't purebred black.
That is in a laboratory setting. If, on the other hand, you're a sensible, cultivated, humane being who is simply curious as to the lineage of a beloved pet, then I can't help- I can only, and very sincerely, wish you both a happy life together.
And please, if you do end up breeding this guinea pig, make sure the pups find a good home. You'd be the reason of their existence, and you'd better man up to the consequences.

Usually if dogs are mixed they have a white tip on their tail or white on their paws. A purebred lab will not have these. A purebred is all one color. You can look online for the exact specifications of the breed so that you can find other inconsistencies.
You have a purebred horse and get it pregnant with a horse that is purebred. Then the baby will be purebred. Or you can buy one in the sales. Blue stars means that the horse is purebred.

I don't think there is a test to tell if a guinea pig is pregnant, but a pregnant guinea pig will not let you rub its stomach. If you are still unsure, take your guinea pig to a vet.
Firstly, does the dog look like a Dobermann - pay attention to the head and body shape. Secondly, does it have Kennel Club registration papers. If the dog does then it is most certainly a purebred.
